Great service and pricing

I have used loot for many years and have always had good service from them. They often stock books that are difficult to find and their prices are extremely competitive if not better than their competitors. During our lockdown I saw a number of social media posts regarding disgruntled buyers saying they had not received their orders or communication regarding order delays. I still went ahead and have placed two orders with them. Both orders have been delivered within 5 days and the services is always extremely efficient.

Keep up the good work loot and your product pricing is fantastic. To the individuals who have complained or say they wont use loot again please give them another chance. Lockdown has affected every supply chain and distribution channel and we all just need to be patient.
