Great Service

<p>I have experienced so many problems with customer service of late from CNA, Standard Bank, PartyNet to name a few. We will not even mention Goverment Departments. However, the service I always receive from Loot is like a breath of fresh air. Twice, when my order would be slightly delayed, they informed me of this before I could even call them. Also, when items I have ordered were out of stock, I have received a R50.00 voucher from them to apologise for the inconvenience. Thanks Loot.</p>
