Great first time buy

I recently discovered loot and have some idle time to review them. I know the only time most people post on this site is to complain (checkers got some just now). I was shopping for a new screen and found a Mecer panel on takalot it was marked just under R9000. The next day the price had swooped to over R9000 so I looked online for the same panel. Loot had it marked at R7200 but I never dealt with them. I took a chance and purchased the item from them as I can do much with the odd R2000 difference. The panel turned out to be faulty and had to be returned. The couriers came the same day to collect the item which caught me off guard so they had to come collect the next day. I received a replacement after a week. *Awesome service
