Great communication and delivery

I ordered 2 books from Loot and I was really impressed with the communication on items that were delayed. I did not have to ask for an update, they informed me before I had the chance. The delivery was also impeccable, wrapped in bubble wrap to ensure my books will not be damaged in transit. I have ordered books from both Takealot and Amazon in the past, the books seem to have just put in a box without further care. If Loot continues to delivery on quality communication and delivery then I will continue to support them.
