I complained to Loot regarding adult type adverts which were appearing on my computer under the Loot name. This while looking at a website other than Loot's. Beryl, unfortunately, that's the only name I have, responded and gave a satisfactory answer to my query. However, a day or two later she again contacted me and gave me additional information which helped with this problem. This after I had already thought my query had been satisfactorily handled. <br> <br> I had also ordered a dvd from Loot but wasn't certain if it was the remastered or an older version. She dealt with this query in the same manner as she had my previous one. Not only dealing with a number of my concerns expressed in a number of e-mails regarding this dvd but also supplying me with a link to other people's comments on the dvd. Something she once again did AFTER I had thought the discussion was satisfactorily concluded.<br> <br> Beryl, thank you for your help and assistance, not to say extreme patience, in dealing with these queries of mine.
