Disgusting. I received my 4th postponement of delivery last week on a R400 order. The dvd head cleaner that is part of the order I'll just throw away as my Samsung dvd player has now packed up. I can't see myself using them again. Imagine if I order a cell phone. It would be obsolete before I got it. Their new policy is not to answer the phone and now they don't reply to emails as well.
