Ordered Product “A” on 5th Oct17 and received inferior product “B” on 9th Oct17. I informed Loot that they delivered an incorrect product with lower specs than advertised. They then removed the product from their website and disputed that there was a difference between the 2x items. I then supp**** screenshots of their website taken earlier proving they advertised different specs. Loot then agree that I return the product for a full refund as product A that was sold to me does not exist in RSA. I returned the product and now 20 days later I am still waiting on my R2,000 refund. They have held my money for 35 days already but have now stopped replying to my e-mails.
