First time Loot buyer - never again!

Ordered a TV on 7th September. Was supposed to be delivered on 18th. After calling numerous times I received a mail stating it would be delivered 27th

Nothing arrived. Called a few times again and only received a mail last week stating it would be delivered 12 Oct

Still NOTHING!!!!!

I need feedback please as this was actually a birthday gift and the birthday is long gone
