First time buyer on Loot. Never again.

Here to warn others not to use Loot. I ordered three items for my son's birthday. I ordered well in advance. I received two emails with regards to two of the items not being able to be delivered. I was okay with that. Now the third item... The item which they state on their site is in stock and can be delivered in 24 hours.. I have no clue what is going on. I sent an email asking for clarity. That itself took 10 days to receive. The response? I should have received an email.. Well after much searching in my inbox and spam box no email exists about the third product. I let them know I did not receive an email. And that was the end of the communication. When I placed the order for the three items all three items were listed as in stock. Now I'm left not knowing if this third item is actually coming nor when. I don't know if I need to order items else where. They're really unphased about customer service nor running their site properly.
