Festival tent, single wall

[URL Removed] advertised a festival tent, single wall with a picture of a festival tent for R376.00. It was delivered to me and I found a single wall and 1 metal peg in the package. When I sent a complaint, [URL Removed] sent me the response with unfavourable returns conditions which would leave me without my money back and with a reduced voucher amount to spend with them as partly copied: Hello, Please accept our sincere apologies that you did not receive what thought you ordered. We are very sorry for any disappointment and inconvenience caused. We confirm this item is a dome wall and not the complete structure (as per attached image).<br> If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please feel free to return any item to us within 21 calendar days.
