False advertising. Poor service for online shopping.

The website had an estimated time of delivery of a week. It has been close to a month and I have not received my order.

The date moves back every week. I was reluctant to cancel order and place it with another service provider because I am skeptical of their refund policy since I have lost confidence in their delivery.

This has delay has cause me a lot of inconvenience and reputational damage.
