FALSE ADVERTISING - ORDER STILL NOT SHIPPED

I placed an order for over R20k with you. Before placing the order I checked if you had stock and it said you had stock at your supplier. I placed the order on 16 Feb 2021 - today is 23 Feb 2021! Between placing the order and now I called your offices a few times to find out why the order is still showing under Orders Outstanding and I got some BS story which I cant even remember! The expected date for dispatch is today 23 Feb 2021. I called earlier and the lady said that if I don’t have an email confirming the dispatch by 5pm that I should call your call centre. I did that and got thru to Noma - she can’t tell me why it isn’t dispatched but she will get someone from your Ops team to follow up with the supplier tomorrow and their TAT is 24 business hours ANOTHER 3 BUSINESS DAYS. How TF can it take 7 days and the supplier has not dispatched the stock if they have it on hand and now I have to wait another 3 business days??? I asked for a managers contact details and was told they work remotely so I can’t speak to them. I asked for a managers email address and was told she cannot give me their "personal information" - since when is a work email address a personal email address, isn’t it a work tool for work purposes - what a load of b u l l s h i t!! I ordered 3 of the same from Evetech yesterday and I will receive it tomorrow, yet you are sitting with my money and earning interest on it for over 7 days now!! You advertise something that you do not have in stock, just so you can get customers to pay and then you earn interest on their money. If I knew this is how you operated I would never have ordered through you! A refund at this stage is not even good enough because the product is now out of stock at Evetech! In addition to all of this, you are losing me money every damn day because I use these for crypto mining! If I do not receive my cards before the end of the week I will seek legal advice and will take legal action for loss of revenue due to your false advertising!
