False advertising - get a lawyer.

Had a terrible experience ordering from loot with regards to a TV set, after one month I got the set, already complained about that here. Loot had taken so much longer than anticipated, we went ahead with some renovations at home. When the set was received it was packed away for some time to finish painting. The TV is now out of it's return date and I've realized it does not perform as advertised...Some features on the site do not correspond with the product itself. I am battling to get this returned and thinking of taking it to lawyers. One excuse is that the box was thrown away.
