False advertising for Black Friday unfulfilled delivery

I recently attempted to make a purchase of an item from Loot.co.za, this was on 24th November which was the Black Friday. The purchase was for an Xbox One S at the special price of R3499 and included an additional free wireless controller, This was a special deal offered from the master supplier in South Africa to many different retailers and as such this deal was available through many channels, I chose to give Loot.co.za a try and now I am unfortunately sitting with a huge disappointment because they say they are unable to honour their commitment to me, they had already delayed the order to 5th December but they emailed to inform me that they have no timeline for the delivery of the goods and unfortunately I will either have to wait for who knows how long or accept a refund. Although this sounds fair on their part, I feel cheated because at this point in time, I am unable to purchase the same goods at the Discounted price offered by them or any other retailer because Black Friday has come and gone. I feel this is cheating me as a consumer because I have to now spend R1500 more than the special price to get the same deal from any other place. They Say that the supplier has no stock yet they have on their website the same products available and “in Stock” at higher prices. I cannot wait in perpetuity for them to deliver and I feel this is a tactic to get people to accept a refund and then spend more on the same item which they have stock of according to their website but at a much higher price.
