False advertising, delays with delivery.No communication or updates.

Rather stick with Takealot,placed an order for a few items to the value of 19k on the 20th of january,on the site says 2-5 days delivery.was promised delivery on the 31st.still waiting,now they have changed the date to 12th February. No idea how this company works,but its shady.during the time Waiting for loot.co.za ,I have already received 3 Takealot orders,1Makro order ,1 takkie town order and 2 mr price orders.Stay away from loot.co.za.Dont even talk about the customer service,it is AI and automated. Loot will never see another cent from me.
