FALSE ADVERTISING & CHARGE OVERNIGHT COURIER BUT SEND STANDARD

Absolutely pathetic!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM LOOT THEY **** YOU OF YOUR MONEY WITH FALSE ADVERTISING IN STOCK AND EXPEDITED NEXT DAY COURIER FEES. You will be able to get the product elsewhere and do so. Item was listed as in-stock - shipped next day I was due to receive the item on 1 December - it is now the 5th December and waybill only showing to arrive 6th December. This is only after numerous emails, calls and threats to report to ombud. I paid for overnight courier which is a joke - and just another way they **** you of your money. 2 emails sent and received ticket numbers - no email from them to answer on update of my order. 4 Telephone calls of which all said they would call back and not 1 person called back. I had to threaten that I was reporting to consumer ombuds watchdog. Eventually shipped item - but did standard shipping and not the next day courier I paid for. I spent over R5K on an item I needed urgently due to no power for 4 days. If I had known how pathetic they would be I would've just gone elsewhere. DO NOT BUY FROM LOOT !
