False advertising and Terrible customer service

Don't be fooled by their marketing as "a leading South African online retail store". Although they offer great products, their customer service is shocking! A week ago there was a 'R99 deal' on a specific item that I was interested in. However when I added it to my cart it didn't go through as R99.

I sent them an email - NO response. I phoned them - was told they would resolve the issue. They phoned me back only to be told that the specific item wasn't on sale. I emailed them the screen print, confirming that it WAS in fact on sale for R99 (how do they not know what deals THEY are offering??). I have had NO response to my emails.

STAY away! There are many other online stores with excellent deals AND great customer service that I will be using in the future!
