False advertising

I have had some issues with loot , they advertise item after you have purchased them , then the item is not on stock and you wait for a month to get a response from them about your item and the sad part , is that you won’t get the item and they just credit you your money and the refund process is long so you have no choice but to buy another item , and if this keeps going on I will have no choice but to report them to the ombudsman because they use false advertising and I am still waiting for books I purchased with a value of R3000
