False advertising!

Pathetic service! I ordered a fragrance on the 16 January 2020, they said my delivery would be dispatched in 6 to 10 days, no feedback was given with regard to there being a delay until 31 January when I was sent an email saying that there is a delay in my order and that I will have to wait until the 18 February. Don't order anything from this retailer they make false promises just to get your money. In future I will stick with Takealot!!
