FALSE ADVERTISING
<p>VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY, I ORDERED GOODS VIA BID OR BUY, AFTER STATING THAT DELIVERY WILL TAKE PLACE WITHIN 24 HOURS I WAS TOLD MY SHIPMENT WILL ONLY BE SENT 10 DAYS LATER. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AS THESE ITEMS ARE TO BE GIVEN AS A BIRTHDAY GIFT AND ALL THE TELL YOU IS "SORRY WE CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR WHAT IS STATED ON BID ORBUY" YET AS SOMEONE WHO USES BID OR BUY OFTEN I KNOW THAT YOU AS THE SELLER POST THE DESCRIPTIONS YOURSELF THIS IS NOT COMPUTER GENERATED. ON BID OR BUY WHEN I BOUGH THE ITEM IT ALSO STATED THAT THERE IS 8 IN STOCK, I CANNOT SEE WHY THERE IS A NEED FOR THIS TO BE DELAYED THEN....</p>

Our records have been thoroughly checked and we can confirm that both items you ordered were listed on Bidorbuy as:
"ordered on demand from our supplier and is usually dispatched within 4 - 8 working days"
Please also refer to the answer to your question submitted to us on Bidorbuy prior to purchase, which confirms the same.
We can also confirm that these items were definitely not listed as "8 in stock".
You are correct in saying that the dispatch time information is part of the description that we edit. This is where we insert the dispatch time information, as explained above. What we cannot control is the part of the page that says the word "[8] available", as this is part of the Bidorbuy interface.
We tried contacting you via phone but weren't able to reach you. However, we have sent an email and do hope to be in contact with you soon. We are sorry for your disappointment.

We assure you we have thoroughly reviewed our records and confirm that these items were definitely not listed as "in stock" on the Bid or buy website when you placed your order. Are you perhaps referring to "Available"? If so they are available to order as we have a amount reserved for us from our supplier, however, as they still need to be shipped to us we needed to stipulated 4-8 working days under the shipping tab on Bid or Buy to ensure we meet our dispatch promise for our customers.
