Failure to delivery

I am totally unhappy with Loot and Dawn Wing handling of this matter.

I have made two orders through Loot.

The first one below has magically disappeared and noone knows where it is: Order LZLK-211-B710 Tracking DWL ********** 03

The second I am promised to be delivered today and I am still waiting: Order NFNR-212-BA20 Tracking DWL ********** 95

Please get back to me ASAP.

Very unhappy about all this and how I have to chase you guys up to get this sorted. Definitely wont be buying through Loot again....
