Failure to deliver purchased items

<p>At the start of December 2016 I bought several movie items from the online based shop Loot.co.za and to date I have not received my items. I have now written numerous emails and they keep on saying they are investigating the matter and yet I still am not getting my items. I regard this as a serious failure to honour their side of the sale. In fact without the delivery of the items Loot.co.za this amounts to a *****. I was advised that they have dispatched the items to their courier FedExpress but that courier is not partb of the sale deal between myself and Loot.co.za. I am very unhappy about this matter. I have been treated in an undignified manner by being promised that I shall my items by Christmas!</p>
