Extremely Slow and Disorganised

Very disappointed with your service...

I ordered a parcel nearly a month ago (with stock available as stated on the website) only for customer service to come back to me nearly 3 weeks later informing me that there is no stock and that it needs to be ordered from the suppliers??

This is my first time using this company and will surely be my last. I also do not understand how economy service takes over a month? Why is my parcel only being dispatched a whole month later? What if i had paid for fast delivery what would you have done then?

It was in fact a birthday gift and now will be received to the person a month later, not on... in future i will stick to what works and companies that are efficient such as Takealot.
