Extremely Delayed Delivery

I used Loot for the first time and I will never use them again. First time experience was a terrible one. I ordered Red Dead Redemption (PS4 Game) on 25 Nov 2018 hoping to have it for the Dec holidays. Today it's 16 Dec 2018 and still no delivery. I don't know about everybody else but I've never had to wait so long for a delivery with Takealot or Raru. This is crazy! Never again.
