Extremely bad service

Loot's customer service is just deteriorating ALL the time. I placed (and immediately paid as expected) an order (#cnmc-382-b360) in September 2022, supposed to be delivered in October 2022. I am STILL waiting for some items in this order to be delivered!!!!!! NO communication since 1/11/2022 (after receiving two order delay conformations). I phoned their customer services team, just to be told it is being packed and will be shipped soon, only to have to phone AGAIN a week later when still not shipped and then again another week later with the same result!!! They can't even give me an indication as to when the final item in this order will be shipped, even though the order is already a month late!!!!! Using moving offices and every other stupid excuse, but I do not think this is acceptable!!! I just have to wait. Really bad service!!!!
