Extreme poor service by LOOT.co.za

Loot.co.za provides the worst service ever!! I ordered a book on 4 December 2019. Delivery was supposed to take place 5-7 days after delivery because the book was in stock. On 27 December Loot sent me a delayed notification and that it will be dispatched by 3 Jan 2020. By 6 January 2020 it was still not dispatched nor received by Loot from their supplier. Zero communication from Loot to me to inform me. It is unthinkable that a company does business like this. I have cancelled the order!!!
