Exchange process is a hassle

Buying something is easy, but exchanging anything is a big hassle and takes forever. I bought a stove (but chose the wrong connection - instead of a 3-prong plug, it came with a connection to the wall). I never used it, packed it back in the box and started the exchange process. Well, what a hassle. Took absolutely ages (about 3 weeks!) and I had to keep asking when I could expect delivery. Plus I had to pay in some more money. By comparison, Game was a breeze. Delivery or exchanges - no problem. Won't bother with Loot again.
