Excellent Service

This company, from my perspective, is the most pleasant and professional of all the online retailers I have dealt with. I never had any issues that I needed to complain about. They stick to their deliver dates. There have been a few instances when an item has been delayed. This is understandable as supply issues do arise with suppliers from time to time.

I have on a number of occasions asked them to add track details to CDs and DVDs where there were none, and within a short time I receive an email acknowledging my request Within a couple of days I receive an email confirming that the update has been done. Other instances where I have asked for changes and they have done so. One was a band's name and the other was a CD picture of a Status Quo CD. There are two CDs of theirs' with the same name, the one is a studio CD and the other is a live CD. The one I receiveds' cover was not not the one on their site. After I mentioned it and provided links to sites where they can receive a confirmation.

I have been shopping with them for around ten years.
