Excellent Service

I ordered the Mellerware Capri Induction Cooker Set on Friday the 25th of October and it was delivered on Monday the 28th of October. Unfortunately it was damaged. I contacted Loot on Tuesday morning and immediately got a reply on how to go about returning the order. The courier collected it the same afternoon and this morning the replacement was delivered.
