EXCELLENT SERVICE

I don't often shop at Loot online, but have to share my latest experience with them, which was EXCELLENT!! I ordered CD's and 1 arrived with the plastic wrapping slightly torn. When I removed the plastic and opened the case to check the right CD was inside, the lid of the CD case had been damaged in the bottom corner, which is why the wrapping was torn. They have gone out of their way to assist me in replacing said CD and have kept me updated all along. I am now awaiting the replacement CD. Thank You, LOOT!! Keep up the EXCELLENT WORK!!
