Excellent Service!

I ordered a few DVDs the end of May. I realised a while after making payment that I gave a non existent e-mail at the time of ordering so I called Loots office in Cape Town. Lizaan (I hope I spelt that right) was very friendly and efficient and rectified the error in a matter of seconds. She also provided me with an instant update on my order. It's not often you get great customer service such as this...so thank you very much Lizaan! You're a Breath of Fresh Air!
