Empty dates

<p>I ordered a book from loot. a award winning book that cant be hard to get. they say it will take 10 days to get here. today is day 11 and we phoned. the reply from loot were that they dont even have the book yet. after 11 days they dont have the book and it will take another 10 to 15 days to get to me. ***!! and just a sorry. they dont try and make a plan or offer you discount or a book. if i pay for something that says it will take 10 days i expect 10 to 12 days max. now i wait 25 days but still pay the same price?will never use loot again. takealot will get my business </p>
