Don't waste your time with Loot!

I placed an order and after a few weeks was advised they could no longer supply what I had ordered. They loaded a credit into my account and offered a additional voucher. I decided to give them another chance and picked a couple of other items and used the voucher. I then waited and waited. The second order was placed 22 April. A month later I am again advised they can't supply an item I ordered. They offer a credit and voucher again. I responded that I would rather have a refund. On the account they reflect a refund for the full amount of the product. When the refund comes into my account I notice it is less than the item. I then query this with Loot.co.za and they advise that they took off the voucher amount off my refund. So not only have they not supp**** what they say they can offer, they then take back their apology. Just shocking service all round from non delivery, advertising items they clearly have no access to and then the absolutely atrocious after sales service. Will delete my account the minute the other items arrive and never bother with them again!
