Dont expect much from Loot

I ordered a powertool battery. I received a battery charger almost a week later, the brown box, not even OEM packaging was labelled incorrectly . I was then told they have asked their supplier to check stock and get back to them. How long should I wait for that? If the supplier doesn't get back to them, I also get no feedback. I was asked for a collection address for the incorrect item, I supp**** it. The next day I asked what was happening, I was told they're still awaiting feedback from the supplier and my collection address. They havent even read my reply email on their ticket system. Pathetic service. Clicking on the "Did I resolve your query?" button in their email, I rep**** and didnt even get a reply from the specific person who was named at the top. Never again.
