Don't deliver unsealed products with fingerprints on it already as "New"

Just received the Ecoflow Extra Battery I ordered, and received a box where the seal was broken already and before taking it out of the box, there are clearly finger prints on the top of the device. This is not a new product, or at the very least not an unsealed package. Going to monitor the device, but this is poor form Loot. I expected better from you.
