DONT BUY FROM THEM!! SAVE THE TROUBLE

If I can give them lees than 1 star I would've! Just save yourself the trouble and don't ever order from Loot!! This is the second time I have a problem with a payment made, but their app does not load, kind you they ARE AWARE that they have a faulty app! I have sent proof and all they do is send emails to their accounts department You as a customer must follow up on the query and all they say is they wait for feedback

Well today is the third business day since I've starting enquiring, but low and behold, no feedback!! They are seriously useless
