Don't buy from them, poor customer service

If I could, it would be 0 stars. The last update I received was that I placed an order. When I ordered, I was supposed to be able to collect on 19 Dec 2022. Never got feedback, started calling and asking what is happening. They said it will be there later the day or the next morning. It is now 2 days later, still no item in stock and I am not given feedback. I have escalated the issue twice and was promised that I would be given feedback, yesterday when I called. I never got feedback. I now cancelled my order. I don't trust the fact that they say it will be here in the next day or 2. I now have to wait until the item arrives, before they will refund me, which is not noted in their refund policy. You really do know how to keep consumers happy...... Horrible service and no feedback from them at any time, unless I called. It was the first time I ordered, and never again. Stay away!
