Dont buy a gazebo from loot - no refund for poor product

<p>I bought a gazebo from loot.co.za and within two days it broke from a light wind, obviously due to it being a poor quality product. There are air holes on top for wind to blow from underside but wind from top closes the holes, pushes the gazebo down and snaps the thin poles. I returned it and they say no refund because:</p> <p>"Our suppliers have advised that unfortunately, the bent poles are not covered under the warranty, even if its a slight wind. They have also advised that replacement poles can be purchased, however, they do not have the red poles in stock."</p> <p> </p> <p>Never buy a gazebo from LOOT and never buy Oztrail festival dome gazebo. Absolute useless product and useless company selling it </p>
