Dear readers,<br> <br> I decided to order some items on the [URL Removed] website, as we all know ecommerce i.e. online shopping is the way to go, because sometimes it is cheaper than the walk-in stores and delivery is faster.<br> <br> The problem I experienced with [URL Removed] just left a nasty taste in my mouth

We are very sorry about the unexpected one day delay in dispatch. The dispatch time of 4 - 7 working days listed on the website is the usual time taken for us to obtain the item from our suppliers. Unfortunately, on this occasion there was an unexpected delay in delivery to our warehouse which meant that dispatch was delayed.
We can assure you that most items are dispatched within schedule, and that we do our best to ensure this.
