Do yourself a favour and stay far away.

I have been battling for a month to get a refund out of Loot, after I cancelled an order that they didn't dispatch on the date they said they would. I have sent various emails, posted to their Facebook page and even phoned them. They just end up not responding anymore. Poor poor poor service. Doubt I would ever buy from them again.
