Do not use Loot.co.za!

My experience with Loot was awful. I ordered a freezer on 24 November 2021 with a confirmed delivery of between 3-6 days. It was needed for commercial purposes so I phoned them up beforehand to make sure that the order would not take longer than this, and that the product was in stock, as it was desperately needed for the December holiday rush. It is now 20 December 2021 and I am still waiting. This follows numerous phone calls and emails, and even a call to the manufacturer to make sure that there was stock on hand, which there was.

I can honestly not recommend them to anyone - other than been unreliable, they don't stick to any commitments they make, and don't try and appease a dissatisfied customer in any manner - if there was an option for zero stars, that is what they actually deserve.
