Do not use loot!!

3 orders and all orders are a MESS!! One order done 28 NOVEMBER and still not delivered before Christmas !! Why advertise that you have stock and then once order is placed you state that you have to order stock!! Then when queried get message to say order is now being delivered only for that yo go missing or who knows what?! Never interacted with such a pathetic company that has no clue about customer service and does not give a damn about getting things right ! Stay far away!!!
