Loot have by-far the worst photos and almost no information on products on their website. I bought and expensive radio-cd player expecting a quality product with standard digital controls, only to discover it was cheaply made and had analog controls and switches like the 1980s. They have a phone number, a web process and an office for returns. I went through all these processes (barriers to returns), and was given different information at every one of those contact points. The bottom line is that if you manage the return they will take a 15% 'Handling Fee' no matter what (even if you drive the item back to their warehouse).
