DO NOT ORDER FROM LOOT.CO.ZA!

Judging from the myriad complaints on platforms like Facebook and HelloPeter, I am one of many people who ordered from Loot and who have not received goods purchased, nor had any response to requests for feedback or refund.

Loot’s failure to observe the basic principles of online marketing (such as a track-and-trace facility and responsive customer Interface) is evidence of deficiency at a fundamental level, and I would be unsurprised if the organisation files for business rescue or even bankruptcy in the near future.

Bottom line: if you order from Loot you will, in all likelihood, not receive your order, nor be refunded on application.
