Do not order anything from Loot

I bought a book online on the 27th of October 2024. The delivery date is between 2 to 5 days. On the 6th of November 2024 I sent an email requesting when my book will be delivered and I phone the customer care number. I was told that my book is ready for delivery and I should be receiving an email sortly with my tracking number. Well it is the 9th today still no book, no email, no tracking number. I will like a refund, I will also contact my bank to refund the payment due to no delivery of the order item.
