DO NOT MAKE USE OF LOOT!

On the 20th of December 2020 I ordered a Bosch washing machine. I expected a delay as it was year end and close to the festive season.

The status of my ordered showed "Stock on Order" and the expected dispatch date of the 13th of January 2021.

I still have not received any feedback from Loot in regards to my order. On the website it still shows stock on order without any dates?

When am I going to receive my washing machine?! Am I going to receive any updates. I have been sending emails but have not received any response.

If an update cannot be provided on my order I will gladly take a refund, pay a bit more and actually get good service from Takealot.
