Do not buy things from Loot

Never use Loot. Their customer service is terrible. I put my business address as the delivery address and then still went into the option to add more details to the delivery details and re-entered the address. They sent it to the post office which I have no idea where it is. They did not tell me that it was there. They did not provide me with a delivery notification. They did not even provide me with a tracking number, so how was I expected to even retrieve the package. When I call them because the package is 3 days late passed the expected delivery date, they say that it has been delivered. They cannot arrange for the package to be sent to the correct address and offered no apology. Basically, it is my business to sort out.
