Do not buy from Loot online

Do not buy from Loot, especially electronics. If you return something you will wait forever for a refund. They send you an email to let you know that you must allow 3 to 5 working dys to process...I am still waiting for my refund 5 weeks later!! Do not even waste your time following up, because they keep on telling you that they will investigate why it is taking so long, only to never give you an answer. I have followed-up more than 3 times with no actual explanation as to why I a still waiting for my refund. Loot, you need to really get a grip on your service. Surely you can get more people to process returns or complaints if there is a bottleneck, or do a better job at training people on how to process a return or complaint.
