DO NOT BUY FROM LOOT.

I ordered a set of headphones on the 29th of November with a delivery date of the 8th of December. When it did not arrive I called customer service who said they would get back to me. they did not so I filed a ticket. Again no-one got back to me. I had five more interactions with the so called customer service between the 9th of December and today 21st December with no one getting back to me. Today 3 days before Christmas they cancelled the order. This is a Christmas present for a child whose Christmas is going to be ruined. Do not use this company as they cannot be trusted to deliver and they have the worst customer service in the business. This is the third time they have done this to me and I will never use them again.
