DISSAPOINTING SERVICE!!!!

Almost a month since i returned a damaged item but have not received any feedback. I called this morning and was told the same story i was told, 2 weeks ago. They keep telling me that the item is with the manufacturer and is getting assessed. This is taking way too long and worse part is that i am the one who needs to always keep calling, no one is keeping me in the loop. DISSAPOINTING SERVICE!!!! REF - YRHS-292-B580
